It's your resposibility to cancel your membership to avoid unwanted rebillings. Make sure that you cancel your membership before the expiration or the rebilling date. You can cancel here.

We only cancel accounts when a member request thru email with the following information:

Email,Full Name, Username, Transaction/Purchase ID and Processor Used (Segpay, CCBill, Billing France & Eurcash)


You can also email the merchant for cancellation. Remember that you can cancel ANYTIME.
