You must read and agree to these
terms and conditions before
you can join. Please read them
carefully. By purchasing a Membership
to Filcelebs, you become a Subscriber
and agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").
This agreement is subject to
change by Filcelebs at any time,
and changes are effective without
notice upon each Subscriber.

certify that I am 18 years
of age or over 21 and/or am
permitted by law to view adult
materials and I understand
that the contents of this
web site are of a sexual nature.

I certify that the site is
for entertainment purposes
only.

certify that my membership
will be used for my own personal
enjoyment and that I will
not under any condition, share
or transfer my membership.

I will not give my
username and password to anyone
else,
nor post it in a Warez or
Password site

I certify that the
membership fees that i purchased
were intended for the bandwidth
that i'm going to use not
the content of the site.

I
am fully aware that the site
content is free and what i'm
purchasing is the bandwidth
that i will used (Dowload
per Megabytes)

I certify that the video clips
that i download from this
site is for personal/private
viewing and preview purposes
only.

I will not download
too much data in a very short
amount of time. And i'm fully
aware that the admin of the
site will blocked my account
if i do not obey the download
limit.
(Please don't try to download
the entire site at once, you
still have a month to download
the other files, and it slows
down the server)
MAXIMUM
DOWNLOAD DATA PER DAY:
500 MB
Beyond that your account
will be blocked for 24 Hours
or depending on excess downloads=24
hours per 500Mb
NON-ASSIGNABILITY
/THEFT OF LOGIN
Your
Membership, username and password
(login), may not be assigned
or transferred to any other
person or entity. Subscriber
must promptly inform Filcelebs
of any apparent breach of
security, such as loss, theft,
or unauthorized disclosure
or use of a username or password.
Until Filcelebs is notified,
by e-mail, or of any breach
in security, the Subscriber
will remain liable for any
unauthorized use of the Service.
Letting other people use your
username and password (login)
will result in the suspension
of your account!
MEMBERSHIP
Memberships
to the Site are provided for
personal, non-commercial use
by customers of the Site.
Filcelebs reserve the right
to terminate membership to
the Site at any time if you
breach the terms of this agreement.
Access to and use of the Site
is through a combination of
a username and a password
(login). Each Subscriber must
keep his or her login strictly
confidential. For security
reasons, Filcelebs will not
release passwords for any
reason, to anyone other than
the Subscriber, except as
may be specifically required
by law or court order. Unauthorized
access to the Site is a breach
of this Agreement and a violation
of law.
TERMINATION/ CANCELLATION
Subscription
to the Service may be terminated
at any time, and without cause,
by either Filcelebs or the
Subscriber upon notification
of the other by electronic
mail, . When termination is
requested by a member, subscription
fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers
are liable for charges incurred
by them until termination
of service.
REFUNDS
In the
event that a refund is issued,
ALL refunds will be made by
crediting the credit card
that was used to make the
original purchase. NO refunds
will be made by cash or check.
